Request, not immediate purchase acceptance

You may order 1–10 units per SKU. Prices follow the catalogue and the selected quantity. Our team contacts you to confirm availability, address, the final total and payment arrangements before dispatch. Delivery, returns, payment and data handling are covered on their separate policy pages. This is an accessories shop, not a provider of investment, lending or financial services.

Selection responsibilities and fair handling

Compare both connector ends, fibre class, simplex or duplex format and route length with your equipment documentation. Check organiser dimensions, rack clearance and material fit. Contact us about any unlisted optical, adhesive, load or installation requirement before payment. Any change to a confirmed, paid order requires your agreement.

Complaints and official channels

Contact us first with your order reference and a concise description of the issue. Our complaint response period is 10 business days.
