Eligibility, including an unsuitable selection

Standard catalogue goods that do not suit you may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. Request authorization by the last day of this window, then post the goods within 7 calendar days of authorization. Return the complete set with all supplied components, clean, undamaged and safely packaged. Normal examination is distinguished from damage. This voluntary return window does not replace applicable statutory rights.

Return method and destination

1. Email the request reference, SKU, quantity and reason to the contact below.
2. Obtain a return authorization and the prepaid postal or courier label.

Returns are by post or courier to the company address above after authorization. No walk-in collection or drop-off service is offered. Wait for authorization and delivery instructions before mailing goods.

Exact carriage and acceptance charges

For a change-of-mind return, the prepaid US return label costs $8.00 USD, deducted once from the refund. The restocking or acceptance fee is $0.00 USD. Arrange the return through us before buying an alternative label, as alternative carriage is not automatically reimbursed. Original outbound shipping is not refunded for a non-defective return. Orders qualifying for free shipping do not incur a retroactive outbound charge.

Incorrect, damaged or defective goods

Contact us with your order reference and a description of the issue. Do not continue using a visibly damaged connector or part. For an accepted defective or incorrect-goods return, we pay return carriage: the buyer pays $0.00 for the label and $0.00 restocking. We arrange a replacement where available or refund the affected goods and their original shipping charge. These terms do not limit applicable legal rights.

Refund route and exclusions

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after returned goods are received and inspected, using the original separately arranged payment method. No personalized goods, hygiene products or clearance-only items are offered in this catalogue, so no blanket exclusion applies. Missing components or buyer-caused damage are assessed individually; no automatic percentage fee is applied.
