Scope and calculation

Delivery covers United States addresses only. Shipping is $8.00 USD when the merchandise subtotal is below $100.00 USD, and $0.00 at or above $100.00. The free-shipping threshold is calculated before tax and delivery. No international delivery or collection service is offered.

Timing and starting event

Handling takes 2–3 business days after order confirmation and separately arranged payment. Transit takes a further 3–7 business days, giving a combined estimate of 5–10 business days. Business days exclude weekends and applicable US holidays. Placing an order alone does not start the delivery estimate; confirmation and payment are required before dispatch.

Sales tax and your final total

Product prices and shipping exclude applicable sales tax. Estimated tax at checkout is $0.00. Applicable product and delivery tax will be calculated for your destination and included in the final quotation for your agreement before payment. The checkout estimate is not a sales-tax exemption.

Address errors, delay or loss

Contact us with your order reference and corrected US address before confirmation. If a parcel is delayed or lost after dispatch, contact us with the same reference so we can investigate the shipment and discuss the next steps.
